Osaaminen varmistetaan jatkuvalla kouluttautumisella.
GWB tarjoaa laitteen asennuksen yhteydessä laitteelle käyttöopastuksen, jolla varmistetaan laitteen peruskäyttö. Kun laitteen perustoiminnot ovat hallussa, voidaan osaamista syventää jatkokoulutuksella. GWB:n myyntiorganisaatio järjestää lisäkoulutusta tarpeen mukaan joko paikan päällä tai etänä.
